Management Team
Co-founder Hsinchun Chen is
IBC's President, overseeing its strategic positioning and
development strategies. Chen is the
McClelland Professor in the Management Information Systems (MIS)
Department at the University of Arizona and the
Director of the AI Lab.
A leading expert in digital government applications, digital library,
knowledge management, and medical informatics, Chen was recently
elected as an IEEE Fellow for his contributions to medical,
intelligence, and security informatics by the IEEE Board of Directors.
Chen also has extensive experience with commercialization of
information technology in digital government applications and is the
founder and former CEO of a successful spin-off of the AI Lab, the
Knowledge Computing Corporation, specializing in law enforcement and
public safety information systems.
Co-founder Daniel Zeng is IBC's Vice President of Technology in charge
its technical
development work and operations. A tenured Associate
Professor in the MIS Department Zeng is an
experienced researcher in intelligence information systems,
intelligence and at the University of Arizona and
Director of the Intelligent Systems and Decisions Lab, security
informatics, multi-agent systems,
optimization, data mining, and law enforcement jointly with Chen has
organized several successful international
conferences on and public health applications. He is also active in
professional community activities and Intelligence and Security
Informatics (www.isiconference.org)
with several special topic sessions on public health as part of the
program.
Co-founder Chunju
Tseng is IBC's Director of Operations.
He also acts as Senior System Architect in charge of system
design and project management. A graduate of the nationally-ranked
University of Arizona's MIS program with a Master's degree, Tseng has
years of Web, database, system development, and project management
experience.
